Who we are

DG Group is a branding and print business based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a quote or place an order, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery details and the artwork you send us.

How we use it

We use this information only to quote, produce, invoice and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share details only where needed to complete your order, such as with couriers or our accounting system. These parties may use it only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires, and quote enquiries for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it. Email sales@dggroup.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
