Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 days and are based on the quantities, items and branding method stated. Changes to any of these may change the price.

Artwork and proofs

Production starts only once you have approved a proof in writing. You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, sizing and placement on the proof. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos or artwork you supply.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders require payment before production starts. Account customers pay on the terms stated on their invoice. All prices are in South African rand.

Production and turnaround

Turnaround times start from proof approval and payment. We will tell you as soon as possible if stock or production delays affect your date.

Colour and quantities

Colours can vary slightly between screen, proof and garment, and between fabric batches. Branded goods may include a small over- or under-run on large orders, which will be reflected on the final invoice.

Returns

Because branded goods are made to order, they cannot be returned unless faulty. Report any fault within 7 days of collection or delivery, and we will reprint or credit the affected items.
